New Wellbeing Workshop open to All

If you have felt your mental health and wellbeing could do with a boost, especially after these most difficult of times, then you might enjoy and feel the benefit of taking part in our new one-day wellbeing workshop.

​

This is a facilitated group workshop for people who wish to:

​

  • Explore and talk about key aspects of mental health in a safe and supportive environment.

  • Take part in a mixture of fun and relaxing activities that help connect body and mind.

  • Enjoy a day on the farm meeting our animals and people.

The day will be a mixture of group discussions and interactive activities around the topics of anxiety, assertiveness and confidence and opportunities to lead and groom our horses and take part in a creative challenge!

An experienced mental health and wellbeing workshop facilitator will guide the day.

​

Dates will be set for late summer and early autumn according to demand.
